History of Pagliacci Pizza
This unique pizzeria started off as a small and quaint place to hang out. It was founded by the Centioli Family. The owner that runs everything and has made this pizzeria her life is Dorene. However, in 1979 her brother and cousin jumped in with the idea of starting up Pagliacci Pizza. It was Dorene that overheard patrons discussing the friendly and enticing atmosphere who decided to investigate further. Once she was drawn in; she switched careers making her ownership into a full time job. Expansion wasn’t the initial plan, but shortly grew into a demand once their first location in Seattle became too small.
Where you can find Pagliacci Pizza
The first location was founded in Seattle, Washington and because of the high demand; 9 out of the 16 current locations are still found within the same city. The remaining amount is located in Washington as well. Shoreline, Kenmore, Edmonds, Kirkland, and Bellevue are the other cities that house this pizzeria.
Pagliacci Pizza Product Review
They say that these locations are smaller in size; however, their pizza is fantastic! The bread is plump and is obviously made fresh. The sauce is phenomenal and has a garlic taste to it; very clear that this particular recipe is family own. The cheese is great as they combine mozzarella, ricotta, and parmesan cheeses to make their infamous pizza. The combinations are never ending and choosing one is a bit difficult; but that just gives a good reason to come back for more. Sometimes the smaller places provide the best quality and a bigger bang for your buck!
