History of Chuck E. Cheese
With such a big following, it would only make sense that a huge corporate founded the concept of Chuck E. Cheese. Actually, not true. One man, Nolan Bushnell, felt that there weren’t enough places where young kids could play games. So, in 1977, he created the concept of Chuck E. Cheese and opened the first store in California. When a competitor surfaced in 1984 called Showbiz Pizza, this pizzeria decided to step up in the game and make some changes. Chuck E. Cheese began focusing on the target market and changed it from teenage kids to families with young children. From there, they bought out Showbiz Pizza in 1991 and became a famous national company.
Where you can find Chuck E. Cheese
Being that Chuck E. Cheese is a national company, they are practically located in every state of the United States. However, there are locations in Saudi Arabia and one opening in Chile, South America. This company is well on its way to becoming an international company. Wyoming and Vermont are the only states that currently do not have a Chuck E. Cheese.
Chuck E. Cheese Product Review
I have frequented Chuck E. Cheese many times; for children birthdays mainly. The games are pretty fun and the prizes that the kids can win are extensive. The pizza, however, is filling. It’s a decent pizza for adults, amazing for the kids. Chuck E. Cheese himself always makes a visit and the sound of buzzers, bells, and happy children are all that you hear. The environment will definitely put a smile on your face. As for taking a quiet night and bringing the family here for the food; I don’t recommend it. However, if you’re looking for some fun with pizza that will fill the family – then check out the big building with Chuck E. on it!
