History of Bellagio’s Pizza

Bellagio’s Pizza was founded in 1996 by Keith and Julie Collins.  Unfortunately, they both divorced and Julie took on the business alone.  However, she didn’t do so bad considering Bellagio’s sold its first franchise in 1999.  Since then, there are 6 corporately owned stores and 8 franchises with opportunities to expand in the near future.  Bellagio’s Pizza is considered one of the best pizzerias in town and is popular for making their own signature dough at their Commissary in Wilsonville.

Where you can find Bellagio’s Pizza

All of the Bellagio’s Pizza joints are located throughout the entire Portland Metro Area.  The first store is placed in West Linn, Oregon and has grown since within that area.  There are plans in the future to expand outside of Oregon into other areas in the North West.  However, as of currently, there is one store located in Vancouver, Washington.

Bellagio’s Pizza Product Review

Bellagio’s Pizza is a pretty good pizza, especially if you’re looking for something that is a little less greasy than the typical pizza joint.  They take pride in providing oil and vinegar in place of heavy marinara sauce for a gluten free pizza.  Also, the bread is clearly homemade – so you can’t miss out with the crust or breadsticks.  I can see why it’s the best in the Oregon Area and I would definitely order it again my next visit.
